LATE!!!!

Timing is one of the problems that the government face during the process of building up the image of wonderful country in the eye of the world. Malaysian tend to be late in everything. From late to school, late to dinner even to late to work .

When i was small, one of my teacher told me Chinese are terrible as they always late for everything especially wedding dinner. He was right. I was always feeling bad when the invitation card listed that the dinner was at 6pm and all of the guests only started to arrive at 6.30pm. If you are the type that are on time which mean you come to a wedding dinner at 6pm, advice to you: eat something before you come and bring a book with you, you have a lot of time. If you attend dinner at KL, please bring more than one book. Last year, i had the opportune to attend my cousin's wedding dinner. I regret. I regret that i din't bring anything. The dinner should start at 8.30pm instead of 6.30pm. I need to accompany my parents so we actually arrive there at 5 something. Imagine that kind of feeling.

Today, i went to the Kompleks Sukan Negara Bukit Jalil for swimming. I actually wanted to go there in the morning but it only open at 3pm. We started driving at 2.30pm as i have tuition class at 6pm. I need to arrive at the center at about 5.30pm. By the time we arrived there, it was 5 minutes before 3. However we spend another 20 minutes before we get into the swimming pool. The cashier was late. There were another two western guy that were waiting there. They seem already got used of this situation. Once they saw nobody at the counter, they straight away get into the cafeteria nearby. At 3.15pm, the staff came, female, race: not sure.
