Payment System of Government

The Government payment is mostly divided into 4 class:

1. S class (degree level)
2. U class (medical doctor)
3. Z class (army)
4. V class (low educational level)

The first year payment(not include allowances) for each class :
S class(RM 1200 ...increase RM80-100 every year)
U class(RM 1450....increase Rm80-100 every year)
Z class(RM 450...increase RM30 every year)
V class(RM 800... increase RM30 every year)

How do government increase the payment?

For example:

• If you were just gratuated with not achievement and experience, then you will be hired with the S1T1 salary which will be the lowest in S class. If you have not achievement or perform adequately then your salary will increase to S1T2 level. Same thing happen every year until you reach the level of S1T7 and that the highest salary you can get.
• If you were just gratuated with not achievement but with some experience, then you may be hired with the S2T1 salary which will be a bit higher than S1T2. And you will be following the chart and increase your salary every year until you reach S2T7.

However if your report of the year state that you are well- perform in your works, your salary may increase form S1T1 to S2T1 or S1T3. And after you reach your highest stage(T7 stage) and you are performing well ,your position may reach a higher level which is call as the JUSA.
