Cure for fobia??

Of course fobia can be cure. Still using me as an example. First divide the cockroaches into levels ( horror level)

1. Flying cockroaches
2. Dead cockroaches
3. photo of cockroaches
4. picture of cockroaches
5. Cartoon character of cockroaches

and so on. My level of horror will be at 2nd level. How do i know? I try all of them and i still can accept a dead cockroaches at my bed. What i mean is i would not scream as long as you do not tell me to remove it from my bed. So the thing you have to do is slowly approach the body and get used of it. Only you are not longer feeling fear of the body or may be you already brave enough to remove it, you can get to the next level--approach the flying cockroaches.

So by this ways you will can slowly get rid of your fobia. Have i try it before?

The answer will be NO! I already told you i am damn hell afraid of cockroaches and before i can get myself a dead cockroaches, i will be already scare to dead. Besides, i would not be so free to get myself a dead cockroaches
